Thrive Clusters turns relationships into shared judgment.

THRIVE CLUSTERS

Think better to decide better.

Small groups of entrepreneurs who share mistakes, challenges and real decisions to help each other grow.

What is a Thrive Cluster?

While networking events show our strengths, in a Thrive Cluster we share our doubts.

A Thrive Cluster is a stable group of entrepreneurs who meet for one year to analyze real challenges, exchange judgment and help each other make better decisions.

It is not training. It is not networking. It is not mentoring.

It is collective intelligence applied to real problems.

How it works

Trust, structure and real actions.

1

Small group

Between 8 and 12 participants to consolidate mutual knowledge and trust.

2

Annual commitment

Minimum duration of one year. Trust takes time.

3

Structured sessions

Each meeting follows a methodology designed to generate useful and actionable conversations.

4

Real actions

Each member ends every session with concrete commitments to move forward.

Methodology

Three meeting formats to work on direction, challenges and action.

Thrive Clusters combine three types of meetings throughout the year. Each one has a different purpose, and together they allow members to work on both company direction and day-to-day challenges.

01

Objectives Meeting

The first meeting of the year is dedicated to getting to know each other and creating a shared vision for the group.

Each member presents:

  • Their personal and professional objectives.
  • The main challenges they expect during the year.
  • The current situation of their company.

This helps everyone understand what matters to each member and how the group can support them better throughout the year.

Objective: build a team that works together to help each member achieve their goals.

02

Challenge Meetings

In these sessions, two or three members present a specific challenge they are facing in their company.

The challenge may relate to:

After understanding the context, the rest of the group asks questions and contributes ideas, experiences and points of view that help find paths and alternatives.

Even when the challenge belongs to one company, the conversations and lessons usually create value for everyone.

Objective: use the collective intelligence and experience of the group to address real problems.

03

Thematic Meetings

These meetings are dedicated to a topic of shared interest for all members of the cluster.

The working dynamic follows a simple sequence:

  1. What experts say. Relevant ideas, tools or best practices on the topic are reviewed.
  2. Mistakes and lessons. Each member shares mistakes, experiences and lessons learned.
  3. Best practices. The group brings forward ways of working that have delivered results.
  4. My challenge. Each participant explains the main challenge they are currently facing in that area.
  5. Listening and feedback. The group contributes questions, ideas and perspectives based on experience.
  6. Action plan. Each member defines the next steps they will put into practice.

Objective: learn from each other and turn conversations into concrete actions.

The best decisions are rarely made alone.

That is Thrive Cluster.

Entrepreneurs usually have teams, clients, suppliers and investors. But they rarely have a space to share doubts with people who understand exactly what they are living through.
